Ultimately, wisdom literature points to the pursuit of true wisdom that starts with the fear of the Lord. It encourages readers to seek divine wisdom which is superior to human understanding and grounded in reverence and obedience to God. 

“Fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding." - Proverbs 9:10.
